Studentochka, some years ago one person has explained me the difference between "must" and "have to" in normal english speech. You say "have to" mostly in the meaning "vynuzhdena chto-to delat'". In the other cases it's better to tell "must".
Ach, da! I eschjo. You can't say "very many" - it's a mistake. The right is "a lot of" katerina07 добавил(а) [date]1187363276[/date]: Wish you good luck in learning english! Now, being in Germany, i understand that it's a very important knowlege. _______________________________________

Solomon, :hb.
I have at home only a bit books in English. I take any English books from library. I don't understand, what means "take" (otdat ili vzjat, ili i to, i drugoe?) At home I have the following English books: There are: Conan Doyle. The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes", Jane Austen Persuasion. The Great Gatsby by F.Scott Fitzgerald. But these books are too difficult for me. I have a book English lernen mit Witzen (English learn with joke). This book is o, key for my level studentka добавил(а) [date]1188200818[/date]: My favorites books are The man, who laugh, by Victor Hugo, Zima trevogi nashej ( The winter of our discontent) by John Steinbeck. Short story by Somerset Maugham and any books by Remarque.. And what is about you? |

Solomon,
I like Lew Tolstoy Anna Karenina, I read it any time. It is always different. And yesterday I found the English book, that I can read now: The Canterville Ghost by Oscar Wilde. I suggest we read together. I write here. I write fast:) The Canterville Ghost A haunted house. Canterville Chase was an old country house in England. When Mr HIram B. Otis, the rich American businessman, decided to buy it, everyone told him he was doing a very foolish thing. There was no doubt that the place was haunted. Even the owner, Lord Canterville himself, told Mr Otis about the ghost. studentka добавил(а) [date]1188279949[/date]: "We haver not lived in the place ourselves, " said Lord Canterville, "since my great-aunt went mad, which happened when two skeleton hands were placed on her shoulders one evening as she was having dinner. I must tell you, Mr Otis, that the ghost has been seen by several living members of my family. After the accident to my aunt, none of the younger servants would stay with us. And my wife, Lady Canterville, often got very little sleep at night, because of the strange noises that came from the corridor and the library. studentka добавил(а) [date]1188280130[/date]: Mr Otis, however, just laughed, and bought the house. A few weeks later he and his wife, their oldest son Washington, who was twenty, their fifteen-year-old daughter Virginia, and the twin boys, aged nine, moved in to Canterville Chase. When they arrived at the house an old woman was waiting on the steps to meet them. This was Mrs Umney, the housekeeper. She had worked in the house for Lord and Lady Canterville. "Welcome to Canterville Chase," she said, and took them through the house to the library for tea. |

Let`s go Brazil in our mind, in Rio, maybe, we will find each other,if you are agree, then close your eyes and folow me... We`ll fly like birds -,with closing eyes we`ll fall like shining stars from skys, We`ll swim, like fish, without dress, It will be more than happiness ! And on the bicycles, we will fly to the moon, that shining steel, Until your mouth smiling few I`ll smile really such as you ! And later on the Brazil beach in Rio,maybe, you will teach me German language, by Rammstein, and it will be so good and fine ! You really don`t know, how it`s fine to think about "you are mine" ! And if you really want to be... then close your eyes and follow me ! _______________________________________
